SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program Description
Local Concrete Contractor operates a transactional SMS program for customers and prospective customers who have requested a quote or contacted us about a concrete project. Messages are sent to the mobile number you provide on our website (localconcretecontractor.com/contact).
2. How You Opt In
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box directly above the "Get My Quote" button on our contact form and submitting your mobile number. Consent is not pre-checked and is required to enroll. We record the timestamp of your consent.
3. Message Types
Messages sent under this program are limited to:
- Quote confirmations and follow-ups on the project you submitted
- Scheduling, appointment, and crew-arrival notifications
- Status updates while your project is in progress
- Replies to questions you send us by text
We do not send marketing, promotional, or third-party content under this program.
4. Message Frequency
Frequency varies based on the stage of your project. A typical customer may receive 2–10 messages per project. We do not send unsolicited recurring messages.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Local Concrete Contractor does not charge you to receive these messages.
6. Opt Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. To resubscribe later, reply START or fill out the contact form again.

8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability depends on your wireless carrier and may not be available on all networks.
9. Privacy — Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors who perform services on our behalf (such as customer support platforms and messaging service providers) is permitted only as needed to operate this program. All other use categories listed in our general Privacy Policy do not apply to mobile opt-in information or consent collected here, which is treated separately as required under U.S. mobile carrier messaging compliance rules.
10. Supported Carriers
This program is supported on the major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and most regional providers.
