Most commercial facilities can't afford daytime closures. We schedule repairs for nights or weekends when foot traffic is lowest. We prioritize repairs that eliminate these hazards—grinding down raised joints, filling voids under slabs to prevent further settling, or patching spalled edges.

Joint and Crack Sealing

Surface Spalling Restoration

Spalling—where the top layer of concrete flakes off—is common in commercial environments due to freeze-thaw cycles, chemical exposure, or impact damage. We scarify the damaged surface, apply a bonding agent, and overlay it with a high-strength topping mix. The result is a restored surface that's level, durable, and ready for traffic.

This works for localized spalling. If the entire slab is delaminating, it's a sign of deeper problems that may require full replacement.
