About the Role

Local Concrete Contractor is hiring a full-time concrete salesman to cover the Raleigh metro and surrounding Triangle. You'll meet homeowners and commercial buyers on-site, write accurate estimates, and close residential driveways, patios, and commercial flatwork projects.

Steady inbound lead flow, an aggressive commission structure, and crews ready to pour. If you can talk concrete, hold a tape measure, and close on the spot, this role is built for you.

What You'll Do

Run 4–8 in-home estimates per day across the Raleigh market.
Build accurate quotes for driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs, and decorative concrete.
Close on-site whenever possible; follow up fast on warm leads.
Coordinate with the production crew on scheduling and scope.
Own the customer relationship through pour day and final walk-through.

What We're Looking For

Sales experience in concrete, fencing, roofing, landscaping, remodeling, or similar in-home services.
Strong closer — comfortable asking for the deposit on the first visit.
Reliable transportation, valid NC driver's license, smartphone.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Compensation

Base salary plus $60,000–$120,000 in potential commissions in year one for a strong closer. Top reps make more. Inbound leads provided. Vehicle and fuel allowance included.
